Established in 1945 at Curepipe, Hindu Girls’ College (HGC) has always been a premier center of secondary education committed to the creation and dissemination of knowledge through effective teaching, learning and a center for National Certificate of Education, Cambridge School Certificate and Higher School Certificate. The teaching departments of the college reassembled and developed its well architecture present at Curepipe. By virtue of these traits, Hindu Girls’ College attracts the best students from various schools across the country. HGC stands recognized as a comprehensive national college, with a global reputation, committed not only to advancing academic goals but also upholding humanistic culture and grooming the moral character of our society’s future torch bearers.
