Welcome to the department of Accountancy and thank you for visiting our website. The department has grown from the time it first started from its humble beginning to a very dynamic and promising one over its years of existence.
Our vision is to be a reference among all secondary schools in Mauritius; in providing quality accountancy skills for those who aspire to pursue further studies in accountancy.
Our mission is to act as a catalyst in preparing our young learners who desire to embrace the accounting profession.

Indeed, we are together a dedicated and experienced team of professional educators at the disposal of our learners to facilitate them to achieve excellence at all levels. As at today, we have around more than 400 students from G10 to G13- who have placed their enthusiasm and faith in choosing accounting as an optional subject. The percentage pass rate at C.I.E has improved over the years as well as the quality of our results. I have to reiterate and appraise the relentless effort of our main partner in education- who is no one else than you my dear parents. We wish to extend our appreciation further, as during this pandemic, all of our stakeholders have strived hard to reinvent themselves to cope with all the emerging and challenging situation to achieve their goals.
We have the pleasure to invite you, dear students to join our department to assist you to pave your way in the accounting profession. Have a pleasant and empowering journey ahead and, together we will share the joy of your achievements.
